Roller Fenders are the right choice to protect your structures while a vessel is approaching an entrance channel or coming for dry docking. These fenders are quite robust and can absorb large impacts while guiding the floating vessels/barges without damaging the structure.

- Rubber performance test including tensile, ozone and abrasion test.

- Energy absorption and reaction test.

Our QC department will inspect each product and offer FACTORY INSPECTION REPORT before delivery. We can also invite the third party inspection agencies including CCS, ABS, BV, LR, DNV-GL to inspect and offer certificates according to customer requirements.

Inspect items as below:

1. Rubber tensile, ozone and abrasion test.

2. Rubber fender energy absorption and reaction test.
